Moved in this year and of course nothing is perfect, however what impresses
me is how something is handled when something goes wrong or you need something done. The people in the office are amazing and handle whatever needs to be handled right away. My experience has been second to none and I
enjoy living here. Thank you for your great customer service! Greatly appreciated.

I have a positive review to share, which is that Lisa Levins the Operations Manager and Emilio the superintendent have been extremely nice to me and my dog. There were some mean neighbours who were bullying me and calling the cops on me and my dog but the administration with Lisa and Emilio have been kind to me and assisted me, reassured me and gave me the feeling that 848 Kipps Lane is a safe place and accepting place for a person who has a disability and a person who has a dog (aka myself). There are no bed bugs here which is great and the community is overall a great place to be. The rent is not too expensive compared to other places in town and also it is convenient near the Shoppers Drug Mart and grocery stores.

I requested new lever handles due to bad arthritis in my hands. Within a very short time they were changed out in a very efficient manner by a very nice gentleman named Will. Thanks
