What I loved the most that the professionals here explained to me what the best course of treatment was required in a language which wasn't too technical yet easy enough to inform my ultimate decision. I found everyone here very polite and professional. They combine a good sense of humour with care, approachability and understanding , explaining each step of the process, which was very reassuring.
