Andrea did a wonderful job of marketing and selling our place. She was easy to work with, well informed about the marketplace and at every stage of the listing process she was a terrific guide. The warmth, thoughtfulness and respect she showed to our tenant were much appreciated as well.

My partner and I are first time home buyers. It was a historic sellers market when we bought so buyers had to move fast, and I think Andrea can move faster than anyone. Within a week of first contacting her we had an accepted bid on a great house for us. Luck was on our side a bit, but diligence is the mother of good luck and Andrea is extremely diligent. She made sure we completely understood the entire buying process and every document we were signing. She provided educational copies of agreements that annotated the legalese into straight English for us. She was in constant contact with us through the bidding process. She worked with the numbers we gave her and we still ended up spending less than we had planned.

Buying property is complicated by design, but Andrea really does help the common person break through those historical barriers. We are not the first millennials who had nearly given up on home ownership she has helped, and I'm sure we won't be the last.
