Being my first brand new vehicle, I had the pleasure of dealing with a fantastic representative “Andrea” that was right on course with what I was looking for in terms of a new vehicle and the process that follows!! Last week I got my new 2022 Frontier and I'm quite impressed with the features and the quality. It is a heavy well-built pickup. Although I have to wait for the delivery, it showed up earlier than I expected. I was very excited when I got a phone call from Finch. I visited Finch Nissan with the intentions to just browse and was greeted by the most helpful and patient sales rep Ross Townsend. Ross knew exactly what I needed even before I did. I made a full circle of shopping around only to come right back to the exact vehicle that Ross suggested. My only regret is that he was not able to see me drive away with his choice for me but thankfully he left me in the capable hands of Mic Derby who was able to send me off.
