(January 21, 2019, 6:19 pm)I was surprised to still see local video stores even more surprised at their selection. Whether it is movies or games they have it all and I personally love the fresh popcorn you can munch on while you choose.

Even in this market of inflated used retro game prices, I found their NES games were notably marked above the average going rate. That's a bit disappointing in a market that is already getting stupidly overpriced.
The employee working during my visit was friendly and helpful.
(December 15, 2018, 11:39 am)My boys and I go in at least once a week and I can truly say everyone of their staff is so friendly. It’s so nice this time of year to have some friendly help when it seems most places the staff are miserable and make you feel like your putting them out asking a question. I never write reviews but just had to for these people. So knowledgeable and kind! Great job guys!
(November 28, 2018, 2:38 am)We live at the opposite end of London and it takes us about 40 minutes to drive to Jumbo. In an age where we could stream movies at home and don't need to rent them, we have experienced such amazing customer service from every single staff member, that we actually prefer the drive. The staff is amazing and always helpful and very knowledgeable. It's nice to know that business like this still exists... We will continue to make the drive!!! It's worth it..
