UPDATE: Long story short, my delivery order never arrived for my partner during Valentines. Frustrated, I wrote a review and the owner Mike reached out to my partner and I multiple times, to make amends. He explained Regency Florists uses an independent courier to deliver flowers and the blame falls with the courier.

At first I was skeptical about this convenient excuse but I am persuaded by his sincere attempt to correct this mistake (they refunded my order and sent replacement flowers). My partner is pleased with the flowers and overall I feel the delivery fiasco was an unfortunate mistake that was out of Regency Florist's control.
