Wing Wah Asian Cuisine

Just ordered takeout for the first time and will definitely be going back!

The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. There are literally hundreds of menu items, but we ordered exclusively off the Chinese Hakka section (Chinese-Indian food). We got:
Chili Beef,
Tangra Masala Chicken,
and
Manchurian Veg fried rice.
All delicious, but *watch out* this is some spicy stuff. Also a bit of coriander in the veg fried rice as well. I've never had 'authentic' Hakka before, but judging from the fresh veg, intense spices, and delicious flavour, I would bet this is the real deal.
Looking forward to trying their 'Canadian-Chinese' menu and other special seafood items!

Found this place by driving by today and placed an order online for take out. SO delicious! I got the combo plate #2 and there was so much food! I even got a little lemon chicken as a bonus because the cook said she made a mistake. The egg roll was amazing. I will be back for dim sum as soon as it’s available!

Tried them out today for the first time. FABULOUS! Ordered some dim sum items. All were fresh, well made, had great flavor, and very very yummy. I highly recommend. The staff is friendly too. They have Peking Duck on the menu, with all the accoutrements such as the thin pancakes and the second course with the ground duck. I am very happy this new restaurant has opened up, we have been hoping for a good dim sum and Chinese restaurant in the area. We will definitely be back for more.

The fine folks who opened wing wah are also the original owners of the now closed wings kitchen on Huron and Highbury, I mourned a loss when they sold the old restaurant. When I went into wing wah to pickup my order I was pleasantly surprised. I had ordered a mixture of Canadian Chinese and a few dim sum items. The beef with broccoli was very good as were the deep fried squid and braised chicken feet (I know I may lose some of you on that). The general Tao chicken had good flavour but I should have asked for it to be very crispy. The beef hao fan was quite good too. The value was very good, lots of food for the price. I'm excited to go back especially when we can dine in. A nice refreshing change from other full service restaurants in the same area!
