Artistic Esthetic Spa

Peaceful, calm and welcoming. This spa is an oasis in downtown that has to be experienced. Regardless of your day, it's instantly better once you walk in the door. The staff and owners are down to earth and so friendly, you feel immediately at home. The services offered are professional and perfectly done. Loads of choices and you are guaranteed to leave happy and ready for anything. It's worth every penny and fairly priced.

My wife wanted to do have a spa experience on our wedding anniversary, so we drove from Windsor to London for this. Even though I am not a spa person, nor do I like being touched, the experience wasn't too bad and I'm sure if you're the kind of person that likes spas, you would find this place very pleasant. They had a small rocky parking lot in the back.

We got the body wrap, something that we haven't tried before. To those who don't know what a body wrap is, we basically got exfoliated with some scrub and then wrapped somewhat tightly with some plastic wrap (only to applied areas, the arms, legs, body, etc.). While we were wrapped, they gently massaged our upper body, head, etc. Afterwards, they wiped off the scrub with damp towel and massaged some cream/lotion onto applied areas.

The atmosphere was nice and relaxing; they also offer products and some chocolate/water after their service. The staff were very friendly and ours gave us some nice tips/suggestions on where to go in London for our anniversary during our spa experience. We paid around $130/person, but after tax and tips, came out to be over $320..

Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try if you are into spas and want some relaxation.

I have been coming to Artistic Spa to see Diane for several years now. There is NOBODY I trust more with my blonde. I get compliments regularly about how beautiful the colour is. Diane listens to exactly what I want for every season and adjusts accordingly. She never fails to impress! Love her!

The spa itself is very clean, organized and everyone has always been so welcoming and kind. 10/10 would recommend.
