My experience as a student volunteer at EPIC has been incredible! Their holistic approach to addiction recovery and their genuine passion for helping people makes EPIC the wonderful place that it is! I can confidently say that learning from Dean and Sarah has inspired me to pursue further education in the field of addiction recovery. I cannot thank them enough for the opportunity they provided me at EPIC!

Dean is an exceptional counsellor. He supported us with a loved one who was struggling with addiction. We had many questions and needed help and guidance in deciding next steps. He willingly met with us, guided us with patience and full understanding. He also met with the loved one to listen and provide some guidance. Dean fully respected confidentiality between all of us and kept everyone’s needs in consideration. We are truly thankful for the support we received.

Individual counselling, group support and specialized referrals are provided by capable counsellors with lived experience. Empathy is important when navigating the waters of addiction and Epic has it! They are constantly working on new ways to support their community by providing new services and creating sober events.
