Very professional and responsive. Sewer Backup occured, Paul Davis was there within an hour after I called and within 3 hrs they had their emergency team there starting the clean up. Everyone that worked to get us back to normal were so compassionate, thoughtful and respectful of what we were going through. The restoration workmanship was high quality. If I had questions, they were answered promptly and with clear explanations

Their professionalism, quality of work, due diligence and care was superb. We were the first call on that morning, but with the extent of the weather, there was an additional twelve homes to be dealt with. Initial responsiveness and protocol was very good. The repairs schedule was lengthy. We're final complete and everything looks great.

Our whole post-flood project, from tear out to completion, took a full three months to get the final - amazing - results and each & every step was handled very professionally & with excellent workmanship. Every single member of each crew ("department") was courteous and skilled in their area of expertise and I was very comfortable having them in my home. Heaven forbid we have another situation like this again but it will always be Paul Davis Restoration that I call.
