Positive experience overall. I wish they had posted a sign in parking to let us know what the procedure is. i.e , you need to check in inside with an agent before you lign up behind the other cars for damage inspection. The agent was kind enough to come out and call me in and she was curteous and helpful.

I had the misfortune of having my parked car hit while at a mall...Being from British Columbia I was unfamiliar with how things work in regards to accidents in Ontario...Mark at the Reporting Centre was professional and also fun to deal with...Mark was able to make me feel better about the stress I was having with trying to do the proper paperwork while on vacation in Ontario. Thank you
