Justin built this 4plex for us. Originally this project took us over a year to hit ground. Due to our inexperience many contractors took advantage of us. We needed someone with experience, credibility, reputable and always available. He guided us, came to our home sometimes till 10pm and would not leave until we understood everything. He saved us $$ by telling us about Gov’t Grants and even emailed city hall for us, he truly had our backs. On top of that, his price point was lower then all contractors. This is who you should call for any small projects to commercial building or residential build. Amazing team, we had tenants renting it out immediately. Thanks Justin and to your fabulous team.
