True North Movers - North London Movers

I've hired True North movers for two moves now: from London to Toronto, and then back to London. Both experiences were fantastic and I will call them again if/when I move again. They make the ordeal a lot less stressful by being very courteous and thorough throughout the process. It's awesome to not have to worry on the day of the move. I highly recommend True North movers.

My partner and I were dreading our move as we were going from London to a cottage just northeast of Kingston. We had initially sought a quote from a well-known mover whom we had used some 30 years before but their price was exorbitant. So, we shopped around and found True North Movers consistently on "best of..." lists, usually first. Getting a quote was straightforward and simple, the estimate was substantially less than what we had been provided, there was a minimal deposit, and a date was set. The movers arrived on time, were very efficient, professional and courteous. We felt reassured that the move wouldn't be as traumatic as we had imagined soon after they started packing the truck. They arrived on time the next morning as planned to deliver our items and negotiated ably some of the unique and challenging features of our location. Again, everything was done quickly and smoothly, with only one minor casualty which is remarkable considering we were moving an entire household. Even more surprising was the price which was within pennies of what we had been quoted; there were no surprises, no unexpected extras slipped into the bill! I wouldn't consider any other mover -- True North Movers was phenomenal!

On the day of the move, our movers showed up early and were wildly efficient. It was such a relief to have them handle our move, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently used True North Movers for an office relocation move. The team were incredibly communicative in the quoting and booking process, of 6 local movers they gave the lowest quote and their team were also happy to box some of our things for us which saved our team a job!
Throughout the move itself they were very communicative, supportive and professional. We had an issue at the new office location with the service elevator and the team were more than happy to adapt and kept us in the loop at all times.
