He was willing to listen me with attention and empathetic to understand my need at that specific moment. Thank you Brandon, and congratulations for your peope skills.

(June 7, 2018, 12:18 pm)Rented an auger to drill 4ft footings. Equipment was well maintained and started easily. Per the other reviewer I cleaned off the equipment better than I received it to ensure no extra charges. I was dinged $5 for not filling the fuel tank because I was rushing to return the unit within the allotted 4 hour rental and forgot to refill. I will gladly pay what I used but I would have been better off to return it empty as I used less than 1/2 a liter. Overall I will rent here again and remember to check my receipt checklist to cross all my t's and dot my i's
