Joel was great to deal with. He was very efficient, friendly and did everything he could to make sure our new furnace/heat pump were up and running as fast as possible. Would highly recommend.

Joel was fantastic. His price for a new furnace was reasonable, he installed it really quickly, and he even cleaned up and used runners to avoid any floor damage. We were very impressed and would recommend Virtue Heating without hesitation!

Our AC failed on the Saturday of long weekend. Joel came out and expressed genuine concern about getting the house back to liveable conditons as it was right in the middle of the heat wave. He took into consideration the effect it was having on our family (including our 2 dogs) and moved his schedule so he could get us up and running. The day of installation was the best service of this kind that I have ever experienced. All his workers involved were highly professsional for every step of the way. Joel took the time to explain what was being done without ever taking his foot off the gas to ensure the job was done meticioulsy and profficiently. Working in the trade industry myself I can honestly say that this is an above 5 star company and if I could rate higher I would. It is easy to see that Joel actually cares about the people that he is servicing and also has a true passion for his craft. I was very pleased with the service I received from Virtue Heating and Air Conditioning. When my AC failed Joel was able to get me an appointment quickly and diagnose the problem. I needed a complete new system and I was presented with options and sent a proposal via email right away. You get a text when Joel is on his way and throughout the whole job Joel's communication was outstanding. The work completed was very high quality and everything was cleaned up before he left. The new system works great and I will definitely use Virtue again for any future needs.

Joel was excellent from the start! He responded to my questions with great detail and we booked him for the job. He completed our installation in the window that he proposed and was clean and meticulous with his work. When he finished his work, he explained it to us and ensured that we understood. He went above and beyond with his install and used part/components that would not fail. We will happily recommend him to friends and family!
