Wendi from Accent Flags & gifts messaged me on Facebook to clarify. Apparently this location does have a limited inventory on site.
Updated my review from 1/5 to 3/5 as the signage and information on Paton Apparels part could be improved.
Kudos to Wendi for being on the ball. Unfortunately we'd already purchased a chef jacket from a competitor.

Online order pickup location only!
Came here expecting a uniform store only to find a flag store where you can pick up orders paced online.
Wish I'd known that before driving across town.
