You Gotta Eat Here!

I passed by this restaurant on my way home from work and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the Hot and Ready Pickup - Half Chicken & Fries for $20. To my delight, the chicken was golden, juicy, and mouth-watering. The take-out box could barely hold the mountain of crispy fries that came with my order!

Cheap grocery store chicken? No thanks, they lack freshness & quality. Swiss Chalet? No thanks, I would rather support local.

Coop Rotisserie has such delicious food! The chicken and fish were amazing! The Prime Rib sandwich was awesome! Frozen Mac and cheese tasted better than my Mom’s! Always look forward to seeing the weekly feature so I can enjoy a special “treat”! Definitely 5/5!

I first enjoyed The Coop Rotisserie at the Covenant Garden Market, so I was excited to see them opening another shop so close to my home. My family and I have eaten here several times and all of us agree - this is the best chicken in London!!! The fries and sauces are also amazing, and of course adding on dessert is a must. I also love that at the Coop they will cut up the chicken into quarters for you - will never buy a deli store chicken again.

Soooo after reading some good reviews about their poutine & Mac and cheese, a friend and I decided we would go try it out for lunch.
Little did I know that there are two locations. This one (commissioners road location) is not a sit down resteraunt and is only a drive through and pick window service.
Either way - we ordered the poutine and Mac and cheese (LG) and oh my god. This is definitely comfort food to the max.

LG Poutine was huge for two people. The cheese was so melted and good.
LG Mac & Cheese was perfect southern style packed with cheese.

I decided to check out the new chicken restaurant at 6:30 on a Friday. I arrived to be told, "We are out of chicken for the day". (You're a chicken restaurant!) I decided to settle for fish & chips. I ordered two 1 piece haddock dinners. After paying the cook came out and said, "The pieces are small, so I'll put two small pieces in one order and three in the other". (You're also a fish restaurant!)

I get home and find the food shown in this review. The fries were overcooked - but I will admit tasted good. The fish was also tasty but was mostly breading due to the small pieces. $28

The staff were very polite. I'm just not sure how anxious I am to go back.
