We had a 60 year old boiler that was beginning to fail. After several quotes, we went with Salmon because they were competitive and noticed things that other companies did not about the installation of a new boiler. Paul Salmon provided excellent service when providing his quote and answering questions and even did a site visit during installation. Brayden, Josh and Eric were courteous, patiently explaining and answering our questions, and professional, protected my floors as they worked, used appropriate language and provided great service. I recommend Salmon plumbing. They also did an emergency plumbing job for me several years ago, shortly after my husband passed away, on a very cold winter night when my pipes froze and burst over my front hallway. The professionalism and care that I got made me phone them for the furnace quote many years later.

They are really good and helpful before I even made arrangements to bring someone they told me solutions and asked if I wanted to try them before sending someone which I really appreciated they sent a guy who has been doing this for several years and was experienced. The only negative was the bill it was a large amount and some things I didn't know would be charged were charged but I guess every little thing adds up in life and i understand of course the service was worth it and has worked beautifully since

Had an extremely bad experience at Hyde Park Plumbing and I'll kind of outline it here I can't go into specifics but I recommend no one using their service their employee did something so vile against health and safety protocols and he did this infront of me I thought I had to put up with it because I would have to pay anyway and feared for my safety if I spoke up it was disgusting and the receptionist wasn't concerned and didn't think it was vile what he did and refused to keep my inquiry anonymous from the employee dispite him knowing where I lived and my fear of retaliation saying he's young and that's why and I knew he was a student but she refused to acknowledge this saying hes a pro I think honestly they were family and she's dating the boss or something so covered it up for him I'm gonna complain to the health board eventually when enough time passes. But mark my words Hyde Park Plumbing is corrupt and has horrible people who don't know what they are doing working for them the employee also caused a lot of damage to the home breaking things and then he was saying I'm "asking for too much" when I asked him to repair the damage he did lol and I still had to pay a large chunk on top of all this. But anyways never hire them go the salmon route. With salmon you'll get top service by a skilled pro. Hyde Park Plumbing has a wonderful owner who is kind hearted but they never let you talk to him and overpower him handling situations for him and covering them up. Or maybe he's changed over the years and isn't as nice as he use to be.

Great experience replacing our AC unit- Brady was very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Jarod and Eric doing the install were great, were very nice to my crazy barking dog. Put down a sheet where they walked into the house to the furnace, didn't stomp on my veggie garden lol. The office is also very great at calling to see when the best times are for you. Overall great experience with everyone and everything!

My wife and I hired Salmon plumbing to install a new furnace. Our experience overall was perfect, the sales rep Brady was courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process. The workers who installed the furnace did an amazing job, were polite and efficient. Salmon plumbing employees conduct themselves with a high degree of professionalism, knowledge and skill. Bill the owner of Salmon plumbing and heating guided us along a furnace install and hot water tank repair that was due to be done.
Our old enerzone hydronic air handler was 27 years old was working but had break down issues time to time over the last 5 years and was maybe time to install an new one.
Brady came out on a Monday and Salmon came up with a competitive quote within a day. Once I agreed with Bill on the work involved and price quoted to replace the furnace and hot water tank repair. One week later on Monday the job was complete and the system was up and running and no issues .

The system works great and is 25% more efficient than the old air handler and produces more heat quicker and faster and quieter the RUUD furnace is 96% efficient big change from hydronic air handler and we don't have issues with water temperature from the hot water tank.

The install was quick and simple 4 employees showed up at 8 am and they were well organized and tidy while working they completed the job by 4 pm and clean up after they left

Brady the salesperson was attentive an always available for questions or concerns, As well the owner Bill was available by a phone call for any technical issues he takes the time to explain the problem and solutions for the issues at hand in layman terms
