All Star Cuts

I know there was a little confusion about part of my haircut, but that's not what I have a problem with since I understand it wasn't really her fault. Maybe next time, you should wait to complain about customers until they leave the parking lot. The front of the store is full glass so you can see inside from where your car is parked. As I was about to leave with my dad I could see inside as my stylist gestured and talked with her mask down to one of her colleagues, I could tell what she was saying and it was a very unwelcoming thing to see. Not very professional and rude.

This was my first time coming here and I'm very happy with my haircut and shave. Laurie did an absolutely amazing job. I will definitely be coming back and seeing Laurie again. Thank you so much!

Update (17.08.21): Speaking with the Owner, Paula, after my review, I believe this is a good establishment. She is passionate about her business and her customers. We will be going back to get my sons hair cut and will update this review. Thanks Paula. You've set my mind at ease and we look forward to getting my sons hair cut soon. (Revised to 4 star)

Updated (10.10.21). Both my son and I went for our haircut before a wedding.

As a consumer and a small business owner, service and business ethics are key. Situations always occur and how we deal with them can make us come out successful.

Paula and her team handled a negative situation to ensure it was resolved with a positive impact.

I love this place!
I got a lot cut off and wasn't at all worried or nervous about it. Laurie did an amazing job as usual! Paula (the owner) is super awesome too! - as I'm sure all the gals are :)
Its a great and comfortable environment, the girls are super friendly.
