Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been using this Enterprise on a regular basis for the last couple of months. The employees are always pleasant, professional and easy to converse with. The vehicles I get are always new with low km’s. I am always there and back from my house in less 30 minutes. A great shout to Bianca as she is such a gem. So kind and considerate, easy to speak with and knows what I like. Keep up the great work!

I drive to London to the Wharncliffe location because compared to any other one I have used, they know what true customer service is. You are not treated like a number or a notch on a belt because they secured a rental. I have dealt with four different rep's at the Wharncliffe location and they have all been great, however I would like to give a special shout out to Gureet, he has made things right for me every time I have rented from there. I will ALWAYS make that extra drive to go to London to that location to rent my vehicles. I strongly recommend checking them out, when they say their going to do something for you or make something right, they stand by it.
