I just finished the Monday deep stretching class. Christin is a great instructor and it was exactly what I needed as I'm very new to yoga. I've worked in a physical environment my whole life and it has played a toll on me. My massage therapist suggested I go to yoga. So reluctantly I went and it was an amazing experience. Can't wait to go back and hopefully this will become a normal part of my weekly routine.

I recently attended the Hot 26 & 2 class with Lisa as the instructor and had a wonderful time. I brought 2 fellow Yoga enthusiasts (I am fairly new to this and they are much more experienced) and they too thought it was a great class ! There were many challenging movements, but all geared in a way that each person could adapt to their level easily. Lisa made the class relaxing and fun at the same time ! The studio was clean, fresh and very well laid out. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you go ! ~A
