(December 12, 2020, 4:07 pm)The lady that helped me was very friendly and professional. When I arrived she had to deal with a very hostile man who was extremely rude to her and somewhat abusive. She kept her composure and continued to search the system to help that individual when I'm sure most people would have kicked him out of the office (as he deserved to be). When it was my turn, she was able to do my taxes on the spot and quickly, which was great as I was on my break from work. I wish I could remember her name as she truly does deserve to be recognized for her service and professionalism.
