Paul exceeded my expectations for a business profile picture. Despite my aversion to being photographed, Paul's expertise and personalized approach made the experience enjoyable. Unlike previous photographers, Paul took the time to understand my preferences and used his skills to deliver a set of impressive photos. His ability to engage in dialogue, try various combinations, and make me laugh produced portraits that surpassed any I've had before. I highly recommend Paul for anyone seeking a quality, professional photographer who values client input.
To showcase my enjoyment of the experience, I've given him permission to share one of the outtakes because a picture is worth 1,000 words.
Paul has such a smooth and easy way in creating a hospitable and relaxed atmosphere, building a relationship with you that is personable, unassuming, and truly insightful. Speaking as someone that does not really enjoy having their picture taken - this was hands down the best experience I have ever had.
Paul was able to capture my image in such a way that I never thought of being possible. I was so excited at the result, sharing it with all my friends and family who had nothing but wonderful remarks, over and over. Paul not only delivered well ahead of discussed times, he over delivered in quality and the process of getting that image in the first place; I was the most relaxed I have ever been.
I would strongly urge if you are getting a portrait photo done for any reason (personal or professional) - do not put yourself lightly into the lens and hands of just anyone. The difference that a talented and truly gifted artist makes for you - it is not all about the tool, it is how you feel in that moment when you are captured. That expression of your individual persona is what many seek, and few can deliver on - yet Paul appears to be able to do it time and again.
I had pictures done before, as a professional person, several over the years in fact. This truly was an exceptional experience, and I finally have an extraordinary portrait that I am for the first time excited to share with everyone.
Thanks, Paul - this was memorable, easy, and actually fun.
Paul's a rock star in the studio and a ton of fun to work with. In less than 20 minutes we were having a blast talking and listening to music.
Standard headshots have become pretty generic. Paul's approach is more artistic and unique. He's got a great eye and is able to create photos that say more about who you really are.
I highly recommend him, you won't regret it.
From the moment I met Paul to discuss my vision, I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism shone through, and his passion for his craft was evident. But what truly sets Paul apart is his fun and relaxed approach. Once I stepped in front of the camera in his studio, any nervousness or self-consciousness I had melted away. Paul made me feel at ease, and that comfort translated into the stunning photographs he captured.
Paul genuinely cares about understanding who you are as an individual and took the time to connect with me on a personal level. This genuine interest shone through in every frame he captured.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with Paul again and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a photographer who goes above and beyond. Whether you're looking for artistic portraits or headshots that truly reflect your authentic self, Paul is the photographer for you.
I've had the pleasure of looking at Paul's portraits for some time now & I can only say that his excellent use of light is captivating!
Paul's attention to detail, such as a person's hands and their eyes make for stunning and memorable portraits. Way to go, Paul!
