I stopped in here today for the first time after walking by it daily for years on my way to Starbucks. I was greeted by two wonderful ladies & a sleepy little dog. I was really happy with my entire experience ce here and will absolutely by making more visits here.

- Very big and clean dog washing station in the back of the store
- Very clean
- Fully stocked & well organized
- Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional
- Good selection of dog treats
- Except pet food donations

For me the best part of my experience was the customer service I received. As a new pet owner I had many questions that were all answered by the friendly staff. I was shown multiple products at different price points and never felt like I was being rushed. I have found in the past that store associates are not always willing (for whatever reason) to commit time to answering questions at length or helping find and retrieve products. When I asked about the ingredients in a specific product the associate actually read them out to me without me having to ask her. As someone with a slight visual impairment it is impossible for me to read small print so I appreciated this very small and meaningless act more than she would know.
