I live right near here, and it's an awesome place to sit and eat ice cream. Picnic tables with shade, ice cream or snow cones. It's nice.

Scoops is our neighbourhood ice cream stand. Hectic serves Chapman all natural ice cream at a really low price! Go! Eat!
