Great place and wonderful staff makes you feel at home

Just moved to London 2 weeks ago and already this is my favorite Starbucks location. Comfy, cozy setting and atmosphere.
Every barista friendly, inviting and knowledgeable

Typical Starbucks but the baristas seemed very tired when I was there. One looked up at me (a very clearly cis female) and asked if my name was Jake. There was a very cis looking male right next to me. Then it turned out his name wasn't even Jake and the cup actually said Jay! I would say they get my drink right about 80% of the time. I don't appreciate how much they try to upsell me things, but I used to work at sbucks, so I get it. The dinning area is hygienic and for the most part cleaned well.

Awesome and consistent drive thru service. They take the time to make it right and it is much appreciated!
