I called in and spoke with Guillermo, who reassured me that they would be able to change my tires out, if I got there by a certain time.

When I showed up they were busy, but the team stayed until the tires were switched out. Thank you to the entire team for staying an hour after closing to help me out.

Guillermo is an all-star, very efficient and professional, both on the phone and in person, that man deserves a raise!
