This is a fantastic place to live if you want a neighborhood that cares and watches out for one another ..if your looking for affordable housing to live and feel secure or if you looking to live with your family somewhere to save for your first home then this is the place to be ! I previously lived at Twin Pine Village for 19 years and I came back welcomed with open arms ... Yes there are tight nit groups etc like any complex but when the chips are down no member stands alone if you reach out in need ... First unit rented in 1972 and there are a few left from those days ... Let's not forget why co-ops exist .. at TPV you feel like you have ibdeoendInde if ownership a sense of community can learn new skills that one could apply in everyday life it careers ... I rate this community a 5 star place to live ...brand new kitchens floating floors and a place that cares about it's members
