Floods are horrible! Winmar made the nightmarish ordeal manageable. From the moment Matt Watson arrived on scene I felt immense relief and I knew I was in good hands. The restoration started within a few hours of Matt’s assessment. The water removal, fans and dehumidifiers arrived quickly and were managed by professional, courteous teams. Removal of contents and wet damaged items also happened quickly and was overseen by great teams. They were kind and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Matt Watson was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had, always returning calls or texts very quickly
The cleaning and return of items, along with the rebuild was a seamless process. All jobs were carried by friendly, skilled workers.

Communication with Leo, the Estimator who assessed and coordinated the work in our attic, was excellent! The crews that did the work were polite, careful and cleaned up very well at the end of the project. The crew kept us informed about what they were doing and why. They also took , and shared with us, photos of problem areas before and after their work.
Excellent service. Contacted regarding soot removal and cleaning from a fireplace install. Quoted and had a crew out and gone on the same day. Would call them again in a heartbeat.
As a Property Manager, I have had many 2 a.m. emergencies (fire, flood, just about anything you can imagine!) Winmar has always been our "go to" contact and they consistently help us out at the drop of a hat.
