(February 12, 2021, 9:15 pm)I enrolled my son here for more then martial arts. That is the bonus! The true value is in the teachings of Derek Bindner and other instructors. The combination of building mental toughness, self awareness and confidence complimented by the ability to protect themselves physically is invaluable. The kids are captivated and encouraged at their own pace. Any age and ability is welcome.

(May 19, 2020, 9:49 pm)I took WarriorFit with my teen daughters. With a mix of self defence training and mental toughness, I was helping them prepare to be independent but the experience was so much more than that! We looked forward to working out together and discussing what we learned afterward. Great program, I highly recommend it.
