EB Games

This store is one of my favourite places in London. The staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly, recently I have had many interactions with Devin who has done nothing but left me with a fantastic experience. I sincerely hope others will continue to support and shop here as I will.

This store is awesome! They have a great selection of merchandise, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They may make suggestions, but they do NOT put any pressure on you to buy anything you don't want.

I appreciate that, because sometimes they might know about things I don't, so a well-informed suggestion is always welcome.

I have always had a fantastic experience at the store. It’s organized so it’s very easy to get what you are looking for. The staff is also super helpful and do a great job at making sure you get the best price. I shop at EB games often and this one is by far, one of the best that I have visited.

I also tried curbside pick up and it went smoothly, I hope they can open back up soon though because I love looking around.

I have always had an excellent experience at the store. It's very well curated, so it's easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The staff is supremely friendly and helpful, and do an excellent job of promoting deals and sales without being pushy or obnoxious. I have shopped here relatively consistently for quite some time, and the employees who are there most often when I go remember the categories I shop in most frequently.

There have been occasional delays or confusion in line with negative experiences I have seen others relate, but in my experience all of them have been clearly attributable to uncontrollable factors, non-specific to this particular location, and occurring infrequently.

Whenever I come here the staff is always friendly and so talkative, for a introvert like me that's kind of scary but it's good if you need info on something. I've been here a few times to buy some games and never had any problems with the staff or the store. Been here a few days ago with my boyfriend since he wanted to get a Nintendo Switch store points card, of course the second we walk in the staff starts asking a million questions. Since he was the customer I let him talk with them xD He was a bit shaken by the interaction after we left, it was funny to watch.
