(September 20, 2018, 2:50 am)Best spot for MMA training! Balance of all martial arts are taught. Very comfortable environment with no ego. World class skill and knowledge from the whole Chau family! They have an amazing kids program. I learn something every time.I go!
(September 25, 2017, 11:50 pm)I can only speak for the kickboxing class, but Richard and Chris are top notch instructors with impressive resumes. They're incredibly passionate and patient, and seem to have a sixth sense for knowing exactly what you need to improve on.
Location is somewhat inconvenient so it was a two hour bus ride to the gym, but it was always worth it. Classes are small so the instructors can really give you their attention. Easily one of the best gyms I've been to.
