When they said they were coming to install our free standing gas fire place they came, and on time, if I asked questions while they we here installing it, they answered them , The guys that insalled it were great and cleaned up after. We definitely will be using them again in our next home.

(July 23, 2018, 2:48 pm)I have not bought anything from these guys, and only went in to get my water tested and could not get over the customer service! wow I am so impressed and simply regret not buying a hot tub from these guys. I will for sure be keeping them in mind for all future purchases.
(May 11, 2018, 9:58 pm)I love the service at Porky's! They really have a great depth of knowledge about their products and they are more than willing to share. Even if you aren't buying anything then and there you'll get high quality, well informed, and polite treatment.
Their prices, while not cheap, are a good deal for the excellent quality of their products. If you want high end hot tubs, grills, or smokers with high quality customer service, this is hands down the place to go.
(March 4, 2018, 9:15 pm)We just had a Valor replacement fireplace insert installed in our condo. We'd had a number of quotes - but were impressed by Porky's from the start. Adam's depth of front-line industry experience, his professionalism and positive attitude in addition to his pride in his team convinced us. The installers, Nate and Alex are outstanding - skilled and focused on the job - work well as a team - very positive. They were happy to answer our questions. We were amazed by how little disruption there was to the existing fireplace structure. Thank you for a beautiful new fireplace - we are delighted with the results. Porky's is truly a gold medal team.
