Was having some dog food issues and needed some advice for the poor pupper. The staff was amazing. Recommended a food that she loves and pumpkin to help her digestion. Who would have thought? Pumpkin? Worked like a charm! Thanks!

Clean organized store and amazing friendly staff. Reasonable prices

Great staff they always love up my dogs and give them treats. They are very helpful and welcoming. They have mostly a great selection of great foods minus a few but also better than most still. They sell raw which it's great!!!!

Nice to have this family owned store in London. Small but well organized and good range of products for dogs. Prices are competitive but of course going when they have sales is ideal. Great parking for quick and easy access. I like this store better than Petsmart if I am running tight for time. Staff are always very friendly.

This place is the ONLY place in town where I can get a 20lb bag of the food I need for my pup. After I had found this out I immediately called the store where the staff member was lovely to talk to and readily put the bag of food on hold for me. The place has a massive variety of pet foods, toys and treats (among other things) to choose from and my pup loved going and the staff took a liking to him too. Keep up the great work, I’ll be in shortly to come grab some more goodies! :)
