Me and my family is coming here since 5+ years. Team is wonderful and very accommodating in terms of scheduling. They are great with kids dental work too. My hygienist Laura is very knowledgeable and great at her work.She is very patient and understanding whenever I come for appointments during my office hours. Highly recommend this clinic for your family.

They offer appointments at 7:40am. It works for me because I can get my teeth cleaned before going to work. The dental hygienists are amazing and have gone out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. For example they will put numbing gel on my gums when they feel sensitive, they apply petroleum jelly on my dry lips and they have offered laser cleaning when they feel my gum pockets are getting deep.

My experience at Smile Dental has been nothing short of fantastic. The clinic is clean and taking great covid precautions. The reception staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Ma is extremely personable and knowledgeable: a combination that is rare and refreshing to find in a health care professional. My hygienist, Lisa, and the rest of the team were clear and compassionate in their communication, involving me every step of the way through explanations, models, and gentle instruction. A perfect example of person-centered care. A trip to the dentist was never high up on my list of favourite activities but the team here at Smile Dental has surely changed that!
