(September 23, 2019, 10:28 pm)I joined because the classes looked like fun. Since joining i have not only found myself in amazing shape, but i have not suffered from an anxiety attack in almost a year. The extent of my self improvement is not just measured in the color of my belt.
(June 14, 2019, 11:37 pm)My son loves attending classes at KNS. We started out at 1 night to help him develop focusing skills and now go 3-4 times a week. Sensei Aron is amazing with kids of all ages and all skill levels. We have made some really great friends over the past 9 months. Karate is an individual sport but KNS build relationships and you become part of a team. I can't say enough good things about this club.
(June 11, 2019, 5:39 pm)We love Sensei Aron. Both our children have been training @ KNS Martial Arts for about 2 years, they started when they were 4 & 5 years old. Each session provides them with Karate skills, life lessons, discipline and confidence in themselves. Would highly recommend training @ KNS Martial Arts for all ages.
