Fantastic and appropriate response and info. Carolyn is the owner/funeral director. She was immediately helpful and organized when my mom passed and made her final plans very easy, understandable, calm, compassionate. Carolyn went way out of her way and personally brought 4 arrangements containing my moms ashes to my home.
She is in the right profession. Just great and her staff Sarah etc. the same. All pleasures.

Being an out of province funeral director for 30+ years (Ret), I was called upon by my own family to deal with a loved one who passed away in London. I spoke with and dealt with numerous funeral directors over the years, but Sarah can only be described as the epitome of what the the Bereavement Authority of Ontario strives for.
