My sessions at Body Mind Fitness have been a total game changer. I had been working out on my own for about a year but was struggling with constant back, core, and pelvic floor issues. Dominique was able assess my issues and created a fitness plan that took us right to the root of the problem. She taught me the proper ways to breathe and stand to protect and strengthen my core and back, as well as ways to modify movements that were causing me issues. Each new workout built upon the previous one and over time I went from someone who could barely bend over to someone who could do squats and lunges pain free! I would highly recommend Body Mind Fitness to anyone, whether you are a beginner, new mom, or someone who just needs some fine tuning to your workout routine. Dominique truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to see them succeed.
Highly recommend Dominique and Body Mind Fitness! Her approach to core & pelvic floor health has been such a game changer for me in my fitness journey. Finally a class where I have personalized support. In person and virtual options available which have been so perfect to have access to while gyms and studios were closed. This is a must do if you have any pelvic floor concerns you are trying to address.

Dominique is so knowledgable it really shows through in her teaching. Taking care to understand my needs and address each person differently. Such a holistic approach it's helpful in every day life. I can't recommend her highly enough.
I cannot say enough about Body Mind Fitness. I started Yoga with Dominique 2 years ago and now I am going twice a week and absolutely love her small classes.
