Access Storage - London White Oaks

Access Storage was very professional and informative when I asked a lot of questions about renting a storage unit. Naju the manager specifically at the White Oaks location was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service. We originally spoke over the phone and then in-person and it was so easy to work with her. 10/10 experience

After 15 years of storing belongings at this location, and a few ownership changes, I moved out over the past two weeks. A friend and I emptied my 10 x 10 unit over 3 days; I'm sure I drove Naju and Cassandra nuts with all of my questions! I must say, both of them were congenial, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. I've never had an issue with this organization - my pre authorized debits always came out on time, and my email correspondence always answered in a timely fashion. The units are secure and clean, with lots of space to drive your vehicle up right outside the unit, making moving in or out super easy! I had to have my lock cut off once because I lost the key, and the District Manager came and cut it off, no problem. She had the proper equipment and she knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend this location!

I spoke with Nagu, who was absolutely fantastic. She arranged the unit for me with easy access and the move in date I needed. Everything was done so quickly and conveniently over the phone.

I work in the Customer Service industry and I know what it takes, so to be given the "Above and Beyond" attitude today was invaluable!! You should be very proud of this team at this location.

This is a very well run organization. I have always been able to quickly reach someone when I've had questions or concerns. Everyone I have ever spoke to seemed like a friend after 5 seconds of conversation. Their prices are fair and security is very good. I never worry about my baby when it's in their care.
