I have been using the Bre's Auto services since little over a decade ago. One can expect great friendly and expertise services at affordable prices, when compared to the dealers. The owner and his team of mechanics are so versatile that you don't have to worry at all once the vehicle requires repair handed over to them.

The plastic splash guard and heat shield at the bottom of my car was damaged while driving in a heavy snow storm. I had an idea of how much work it would require and I had in mind a price I was willing to pay. I made a few calls to mechanics and Bre's estimate of 30 mins seemed the most reasonable (one big chain actually estimated 1 to 1.5 hours...). I brought my car in and they took about 10-12 mins to fix it and I was charged accordingly (lower than initial quote). Incredible show of honesty. When asked if the heat shield needed to be replaced, he told me it wasn't necessary. Some might disagree with his opinion, but the point is he didn't try to up sell me.

Next time I need work on my car, I'll be back for sure.

I have to say my anxiety was through the roof when my car wouldn't start. I called and they actually were closed for holidays but still answered the phone. Right there you know. With great communication and ultimately having my car back in a extremely timely fashion 1 week to be exact which is unheard of for the work needed. All I can say is they are extremely busy but still treat you well. My car sounds better than when I purchased it new. Thanks for the exceptional service and price and communication of service needed.
