Still have not dealt with the company but I feel bad leaving a 1 star over the price when it is my fault for not realizing this is completely wireless internet for out of town.
It just seemed too expensive to me.
I'm sure this is a great company if you live in a rural area.
We've been using Falcon as our internet provider for 3 years now and have been really happy with the quality of internet. We live in the country, and don't have many options. Their price is pretty well on par for the other rural internet providers but their customer service is far better. We have very few outages, but when we call to report a problem they are quick to get back to us with answers or assistance.
We were terrified to move to "the country" and lose out on quick and reliable internet. We are so happy with the service and support we've received from Falcon!
We switched over to Falcon Internet over the summer and have been very pleased with the service and internet. They have gone above and beyond to ensure our switch and experience has been exceptional!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a better internet provider!!
