Hi…we had a service call from Home Service Professionals earlier this month.

The service agent was excellent. He worked efficiently, was thorough and polite.

He had to maneuver around our household on the day of service because all 3 of us had head colds. Usually I’d have left our home during a duct cleaning so the service agent could work without people being around.

He was incredibly accommodating.

It’s a relief to have clean air ducts and a safe clean dryer vent.

Melanie in the office was excellent. She put up with all of my questions, and handled herself in a professional and courteous manner. The tech that did the install was also very courteous and answered all of my questions. Tank looks great, I am excited

Ted was very professional and and explained everything to me so I understood completely. I was shocked at what came out. He didn't leave a mess behind at all. He pulled my furnace filter out at the end and wow is all I can say. It was changed Oct 23 2023.
He is an excellent worker and would use this company again thanks to him and his experience with this type of work.

After searching for a while I came across this company to do my air ducts. I spoke Melanie and she was so helpful and informative. I had Ted come by and do the ducts. He was amazing. Very informative and honest and took his time to get it done well. Will definitely hire them again. After calling around to many companies this one has the best value!
