LG TROMM washer...came with the necessary parts. Service was fast and price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more.
Similar to a previous review, read a bunch of negative reviews but needed my samsung dryer repaired in Sarnia ON. Called on a Thursday, they booked me for the following Tuesday. The tech (Ken) called me at about 8:30am to tell me he'd arrive between 11am - 2pm. He called back at 11am and said he was on his way. He was extremely polite and friendly. Initially he thought it needed a $120 part, and upon further inspection realized it only needed a $20 part. He could've easily installed the more expensive part and I would've never known. I appreciated his honesty! The repair was done in 30 minutes, I paid a very reasonable bill and he was on is way. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company. They were professional, polite and did a good job!
I heard the horror stories and I read the reviews online so I was bracing for a difficult time when my LG dishwasher in Lasalle On needed a repair. NZ out of London was my only option for repairs. They came to my house in the Windsor area within 2 days. A motor had to be ordered. The repair was done on schedule. Both service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, personable and respectful. I am absolutely impressed with the service. Thanks guys.
Called for repair on my wall ovens. They couldn't be nicer. Got out here in two days, fixed what had previously been attempted by another repair guy. Simple problem, simple fix, no nonsense. Very professional and explained everything (as little as it was!) to me. Thanks guys!
