A very strict company not focused on customer satisfaction or value added service. The product delivered is in good condition and it gets delivered on time, however, working with OES to develop our product was not too pleasant. Minor revisions or trying to get product faster always comes at a price. Be wary about design ownership as well. We thought we had contracted a company to finalize our board design and manufacture it, only to be told we did not own the final design they produced.

I loved working at OES, I gained great work experience and was welcomed with open arms by the staff. They trained me on various skills like soldering, etc... that I have since used outside of work. If you are looking for a great work environment or a place to buy quality scoreboards I would highly recommend OES Inc.
