(December 6, 2017, 3:01 pm)This is mostly a response to Paige's review, which I am very puzzled by. This place is a showroom. Usually you go to some other retail tile shop who then directs you here to go look at some more samples. Olympia doesn't deal directly with the public. At least this is the way it worked for us. At any rate, they are not really responsible for customer service, that's the responsibility of the retail store that directed you here.
Regarding the staff at the showroom, in our dealings with them, they were courteous and friendly.
