I had a technician from Roy Inch come by a perform my annual maintenance check and tuning of both my furnace and central air conditioning unit. The furnace needed a new capacitor which testing indicated was still functioning but at a much reduced capability. My fear was that a replacement capacitor might not be available for my older unit. Marcus , the Roy Inch tech , indicated that a new capacitor , even for my older furnace , was in his vehicle. It was replaced and everything was ready to go for the furnace. Marcus then proceeded to the central air unit and asked me to turn on the breaker for the unit. He then removed the side panel and checked over the electronics and coolant. A quick flush of the fins with the garden hose set to low pressure and all was O.K.
I further enjoyed the coupon I found for a $50.00 discount which was quickly calculated into the final bill. This entire servicing from arrival of Marcus to the wrap-up and departure took less than two hours.

The technician found the issue within 5 minutes of being there and promptly informed me of the cost before proceeding with any work. AC was back up and running within 15 minutes of him arriving. It was also nice that he called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the time window. Courteous and professional and didn't break the bank.

We had a great installation team (Milton and Dan) to our house today. They worked very professionally to switch our old A/C unit to a new one, over passing all challenges.
They were punctual, extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and provided answers to all our questions.

So happy with the recent service we received from Roy Inch & Sons with a new water heater install! From the initial call I placed with the service centre to the email confirmations of our appointment times and then to the actual install day--we had an amazing experience with this company. Jordan provided excellent service when he cleaned our ducts today. He explained what the process would be, did the work efficiently, cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend him.
