Masonville Gardens Condominiums

Updated as I've now been living here for over 2 years.
Only complaints are:
1) Frequent delays in dryer repairs result in only 4-5 working dryers for entire building at a time, resulting in passive-aggressive tenant laundry behaviours
2) “no-smoking policy” (as posted by management in building lobby) is not enforced.
3) Grounds could use some attention by the west side.

Lived here as a student for 3 years. Very convenient location, right next to Masonville and have many bus routes. Tons of parking space and you don’t need a permit- free parking! Only took a star off because the apartment gets soooooooooooo hot in the summer! There's AC in the hallways so lots of units just open their doors to get AC into their apartments, but then it leads to fruitfly problems. Overall I loved living here except in the summer I could not stand the heat.

Very modern building suitable for students not recommended for families as the appartments are not spacious although very elegantly furnished and luxurious

Nice atmosphere, but renovation has been going on for years

First apartment ever, amazing experience. Never had an issue.
