    Good hearty good, but the ordering process is a bit too convoluted. Having to take a physical printed receipt and find the right spot to hand it to the cooks when the area is crowded with students waiting for their food can be a bit much. It would be much nicer if they had some sort of numbers to call or automated system to send your orders from the till to the counter. Food-wise everything I've tried has been quite tasty and flavourful, and the staff are usually quite friendly and helpful.

    Best place in London area for Lebanese food. Great, friendly service. Fair prices. Plate #3 is my go to($15), and it works out to be 2 meals for me. I crave this 24/7.

    The delivery is fast and food is warm and DELICIOUS! Asked for extra Garlic and hommos and got it! The only problem I have is for that the 3rd time in a row I got one red ripe Tomato slice and the rest were all green and inedible. Normally wouldn't say anything but 3 times in a row...come on you guys can do better!

    Excellent food! The best Mala special I have ever had. We had never been there before so I didn’t know you pay first then order. I was in the wrong line, one of the line cooks took my order anyways. By the time I paid, I already had my food handed to me. So friendly and so delicious. We will definitely be back!

    Depending on what you order service can be a little slow (but you can wait at a table up top or in the front), very friendly staff. Food is delicious (and they give very generous portions) and there's a great selection of drinks! I love going here every time I return to London. I first tried it because it was owned and operated by a girl's family in my Arabic class, I'm so glad I did!
