The owner of this location reached out to me and and was willing to allow me to exchange the product I was not happy with for a different one. We sent a couple of emails back and forth and agreed on a time to meet at the store and exchange the product. I appreciate the great customer service he has shown and I will be returning to Herc's in the future. The owner is a super nice guy and great to deal with, he is willing to do what it takes to keep his customers happy.

I bought a product (5 pound Transparent Protein Isolate) based on a recommendation from the employee assisting me at the time. I got home and tried the product and it was probably the worst thing I have ever tasted. I tried to exchange the product the next day with a similar product I have tried in the past and know I like but was told no.

Essentially all other supplement/health food stores will allow you to return or exchange a product if you really don't like it so I was disappointed when I found out Herc's was not the same. For me this is huge and will have me considering other places before returning to Herc's.

I was in on the weekend. Despite having a sale going on and the store being very busy, the staff was amazing. They did a great job of explaining the differences in some of the products. If the service is this good during a sale I can only imagine during a normal day.

Love this place! We held a fundraising event at the Sherwood Forest Goodlife. These guys jumped in at the last minute, put up a display, gave out samples etc. Great staff, great service. The participants loved it!!! Thank you, Herc's nutrition.

Went in today. I think his name was Derek, Was such a help, actually talked me out of buying a product he said I didn't need. Told me I only needed the Fish oil and ZMA. Great selection and great service. Thanks guys!
