The staff are very great. They take the time to listen and help you understand something you may not. 10/10 Neighbourhood Auto has been in business longer than I can remember and that's because they are the best!

Was referred by reddit when looking for an honest shop in London and was not disappointed. High quality repairs, fair prices and exellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Generally straight to the point, don't really bother you with other nonsense. Very accommodating and willing to ensure the customer has a good experience. I've been coming here for regular servicing for about a year and a half, and haven't had an issue. I have some primitive knowledge of cars, enough to know if someone is trying to scam me and i haven't had any problems with that here.

I've been going to neighbourhood auto for around 8 years now. I find them to be trustworthy, friendly and helpful. Work is always completed in a timely manner, and they have a couple courtesy cars if you need to leave and come back (as I've had to do a couple times on work days). I highly recommend them.
